Though they say about time the average lay person gets in it will be about $70 a share.

Expected to bring in between 16 and 18.4 billion dollars for the company.

Facebook (FB) late Thursday priced its IPO at $38 a share, coming in at the high end of its estimated range with a debut valued at $16 billion.
The size of the deal makes Facebook the third-largest IPO ever in the U.S. market and the biggest debut since Visa Inc.'s (V) $17.8 billion offering in March 2008, according to Renaissance Capital. The offering marks the largest tech IPO on record.
Shares are expected to begin trading around 11 a.m. EDT Friday on the Nasdaq Stock Market under the ticker symbol "FB."
"There are suggestions that the price would have been higher were it not for current market weakness. No doubt [Facebook CEO] Mark Zuckerberg would have loved to top Visa as the biggest IPO in history. Nevertheless, the Facebook launch is the biggest tech offering by far," said GFT's Morrison.
While some analysts predict Facebook shares will close sharply higher due to strong demand "there is a real danger of being getting caught up in the hype, and it would seem sensible to stand back for a month or two until the frenzy dies down," he said.

I am not sure what it really entails to get ones name in the record books, but i would imagine the fortunate man/woman would have to keep it to get official measurements and weight... So what is the correct steps to take if, and hopefully, one of us 2cool members are fortunate to catch such a specimen?

The repair guy told me the drain pan was badly pitted and needed to be changed out, but since the a/c unit was installed in 1998 the pan is no longer available and the entire evap coil needs to be replace so a new drain pan can be put in. Is this a normal thing since the a/c is 14 years old and is that a fair price for replacing evap coil?

Sitting here watching "Wild Pacific". Excellent show. They showed a segment where people in Asia were finning sharks. Makes me want to puke. I know these people want to earn a living, but they are willing to do it at the expense of an irreplaceable resource. These people plunder the oceans, and there is little if anything done to stop them. The clip i saw was of a Taiwanese fishing vessel in international waters. Greenpeace boarded them, and photographed a freezer full of hundreds of sharks worth of shark fins. I don't mean to jab at Asian folks, but it seems to be the Asian cultures and eating customs that do some serious damage to the seas. Whaling, shark finning. And then also, they kill off the critters on land, and sell them on the black market. All in the name of providing an exotic meal. Sad. Whacking tigers and hacking them up for "soup". Ok, rant over now.
