Take a look at the Cumara. It is pretty light, but has some serious backbone.

I know the Cumara CUC68M was pretty popular at the Holder Show a couple of years ago.

I have both the new and old curado,and enjoy them both but lean a little towards the older one . IUSE A 7'0" med.light action rod on both trout & reds. enjoy the fight.
