I saw the pigs you speak of also but the one I saw was at the end of the new strip center by that wing place it was a big white spoted sow.The lot on the corner of Geno red bluff and Space Center is for sale or lease.We talked about calling to lease it and put up feeders to bow hunt it. That would be great a place to hunt at the end of my street.Could sleep in and be in my own bed.My buds and I wondered if it is leagal.
Saw three in that same spot today. One was right by the road in the weeds, but I could see its back. When I slowed down almost to a stop, it took off down the right of way and then stopped at 30 yards and started to feed again. I could see two others about 200 yards on down and there were probably others back in the brush.
Is that Houston or Pasadena city limits there? I'm pretty sure Houston has an anti-missile law that prohibits any bow hunting within city limits. I wonder if the landowner on the east side of Space Center would allow trapping?
Saw three more today at about 17:30. They were in the field on the SE side of the Space Center/Genoa Redbluff intersection feeding along the edge of the ditch that runs parallel to the tree line.
I was at PSC gun range last week and two little guys were right there as you turn in just rootin' around like they owned the place. The gun noise and traffic had no effect on them.
I think all of the land on the East side of Space Center is part of Armand Bayou Park, Nature Center. It looks like South of Middle Brook to the East of Space Center all the way over to RedBluff. That is alot of land for them to hide in.
North of Middle Brook belongs to U of H Clear Lake.
We have seen all kinds of wildlife in that area over te years.
Gators, Pigs, Deer, Turkey, Etc...
They are very protected around there.

Hard choice but the right one...one of the chemical plants out on Bay Area Blvd. used to have a rifle range for employees...it wasn't unusual to have a deer or 2 cross early in the morning...

I was out at PSC yesterday (Tuesday) and there was a solid black and a black and white spotted rooting around on Range #1. Perfect size for the pit but I restrained. LOL
